All orders will be filled within 3-5 business days, and shipped via USPS or UPS, so most orders should arrive within a week of being placed.

We use all reused + recyclable materials to pack your order. Sometimes your orders will come with different packing than the time before, and that is simply because we are reducing our carbon footprint by reusing materials from packages that have arrived to us! We also use biodegradable packing peanuts for many orders that contain fragile items, but don’t worry! No styrofoam here. These peanuts are made mostly out of cornstarch, and will actually dissolve in water. Amazing, we know! So even though they look suspicious, they are safe for the environment, and a super sustainable way to safely send you your goods!

You can easily return your items within 14 days of the shipment date, less the cost of the initial shipping + return labels. All items must still have tags, and original packaging if applicable. We will provide you with a new return label, and all you are responsible for is getting it to the carrier to get back to us! As with everything, full-return scenarios and accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Not only are all of our candle ingredients and packaging consciously sourced and recyclable, but all of our fragrances are 100% natural. This is beyond ‘clean burning.’ Each and every natural note in our candles mix beautifully with each other to create a sophisticated and beyond-clean burning experience.

Our all-natural fragrances we use are made from natural materials extracted from natural elements and essential oils and are ISO 9235 certified. Meaning, they are nature-identical. No toxicity, no harmful chemicals, and no weird headaches traditional candles tend to give us.

Our wax is not only clean-burning and natural, but is also biodegradable. Our wax is a blend of primarily coconut, and also contains apricot + soy waxes, all of which are from renewable sources. 

This is totaaallllyy normal in natural wax blend candles, and they are called "wet spots!" Basically, if your candle ever goes through temperature change, the wax contracts and pulls away slightly from the jar. No biggie! It goes away as the candle burns and is a natural part of the candle making process.

We use clean burning 100% cotton wicks.

Every time you burn your candle, trim your wick to about 1/4 of an inch. This will allow the burn to continue clean, without any of the smokey residue that tends to form after a wick has burned too long. It will also prolong the burn time of your candle!

When burning your candle, make sure that you allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of your container. If you do not allow it do this, your candle may begin to tunnel and you will not get a clean burn. That being said, coconut wax is wonderful in the fact that if there is a tiny bit of hang up on the jar after your first few burns, don't worry! It will catch up as you continue to burn the candle, as long as you burn as close to the edges as you can.

If your wick has been burning for a prolonged period of time and it begins to “mushroom,” blow your candle out and be sure to trim the wick. Do not let anything fall into your wax pool, and of course, keep it in a safe place away from kids and pets!

Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. For easy cleaning, pour boiling water into your finished candle and let it sit for a few hours as the wax rises to the surface and hardens. Finish cleaning out the jar and reuse them to hold drinks, flowers, or, simply add twinkle lights for a decorative glow.

Exactly what it sounds like. Our perfumes are mindfully made to not only smell amazing and last, but to contain no toxins that are harmful to our health. This includes but is not limited to organ toxins, hormone disrupters, endocrine disrupters, synthetic dyes, and of course zero parabens or phthalates.

ALL of our packaging (vessels, boxes and labels) are recyclable. PLEASE do this for us!

And those pretty candle vessels? They are perfect to reuse around the house. Use them to hold odds + ends in the bathroom, house your favorite plants, or even use them as a tumbler glass. Iced coffee cup? Say less.
